The singer’s longtime friend, model and actor Sam AsghariHe made a name for himself on social media with photos of his intense workouts and hard-earned muscles. However, it’s not just the long hours he logs in the gym that got Asghari into the incredible shape he is today – the fitness influencer reveals exactly what foods he eats in a new interview with Men’s Health to strengthen his muscular body. In order to maintain his muscular body and keep his energy levels high for his numerous daily workouts, Asghari largely avoids anything that comes in a bag or box.
“My diet starts with eating things that are grown in the soil rather than processed foods,” says Asghari Men’s Health. “So the carbohydrates that I eat are, for example, sweet potatoes, potatoes, rice and so on.”

After an hour of fasting, Asghari has breakfast, which typically consists of “four to five eggs, [and] a bit of vegetables on the side. “One thing you won’t find on Asghari’s plate at breakfast, though? Other carbohydrates than vegetables.

To stay satisfied without becoming overly full, Asghari enjoys a “very small” lunch made up of “25% carbohydrates, 25% vegetables and vegetables, 50% protein”.
After his lunch, Asghari goes back to the gym for a cardio or HIIT workout.
After his afternoon workout, Asghari has a protein shake.
“High protein, minimum carbs” is how the model describes his favorite recipe.

Asghari knows his way of eating works, so he doesn’t deviate from it at dinner.
“I usually repeat the same meals throughout the day – three to five meals that are 25% carbohydrates, 25% vegetables and vegetables, and 50% proteins.”
To supplement his diet, Asghari relies on a daily supplement routine.
“I try to focus on fatty acids, omega-3s, fish oils, and multivitamins. The vitamins not only help you with the functioning of your body, but your brain as well.”
“I love Cheat Days. I love food,” says Asghari, a former cook.
“A burger and fries is definitely a must. I will definitely make one [cheat] Eat all week … I try to be healthy enough [with] 95% of my diet routine that I allow myself for this 5% to get the food I want. “
