Back in May, Matt showed off his sleek new frame when he appeared on ITV’s Lorraine after admitting adding the pounds during lockdown.
The comedian confessed to impressed host Lorraine Kelly, 61, that he was “a little bit on the line” after deciding it was time to lose weight.
When Lorraine commented on his physique, Matt said, “I lost some weight, I had to take the edge because I gained a lot in lockdown. I still have a bit of courage. ‘
And when Matt realized he wasn’t a “Skinny Minnie” yet, Lorraine told the Little Britain star that he would look “stupid” if his weight dropped too much.

Last April, Matt admitted that while he was in quarantine, he was interested in getting “fitter” after feeling like he had “put on a bit”.
During another appearance at Lorraine, he said: “The only thing I have to do is get fitter, I’ve gained a little weight, that’s my next challenge, to do a little more sport.
“I may have to make a game of it when I do an exercise to avoid people. I don’t have a garden so I have to find a way to do that. ‘
About the collaboration with his Little Britain co-star David, he said at the time: “We have an idea. We haven’t written anything yet, we haven’t told anyone, but we know what we want to do. ‘
