Karanvir Bohra, Teejay Sidhu’s couple workout is fitness goals this Thursday | Health

Several studies have indicated that exercising together with your partner can increase the quality of your romantic bond, since couples who exercise together feel more satisfied in their relationships and preach the same thing is television actor Karanvir Bohra and his wife, Teejay Sidhu. The duo raised the bar for couples training goals with their flexible buddy split stretches and sturdy crunch throw, noting how sharing a common goal also builds strength within relationships that may not be building other way would have formed.

Karanvir recorded his social media address and shared two pictures that gave fans and fitness enthusiasts a glimpse into his and Teejay’s intense workout at the gym. Dressed in comfortable athleisure attire, the couple made the workout fun when they did the partner workout and that is the fitness motivation we need today to get up and hit the gym.

The first picture showed the two of them sitting on the floor with long necks, relaxed shoulders, long and upright backs, feet bent, toes pointed towards the ceiling and legs wide apart, about 90 percent as wide as possible. Sitting in front of each other, the soles of their feet propped against each other, Karanvir and Teejay stretched their arms forward and crossed their hands.

While Karanvir held his back long from the tailbone to the top of the head and slowly leaned forward at the hip joints, stretching his arms straight forward (not down), Teejay slowly leaned back, gently helping the stretch, making sure that the Look forward, feet bent, toes up, and back long. Ideally, practitioners should hold the stretch position of this high-kicker for 30 seconds, relax briefly, and repeat.

The following picture showed the two of them lying on the floor, their feet facing each other and their lower legs interlocked. Sitting on the floor and facing each other, they passed the medicine ball on or dropped it off after each nailing a crunch. This crunch throw exercise involves a person slowly lowering themselves to the floor with the medicine ball and then returning to the starting position, after which they toss the ball to their partner, who then does the same exercise.

Ideally, this should take 1-3 minutes for each partner to pass 15 times. Karanvir has given the pictures a title: “The couple that #trains together remains #fitforever @bombaysunshine (sic).”



Stretches can be incorporated into the daily exercise routine for the greatest gains, but permanent improvement in flexibility can also be achieved by stretching at least two or three times a week as this will keep short and tense muscles flexible, strong and makes you healthy. This simple exercise will help you burn calories faster and allow your entire body to lose weight better.

Aside from improving posture and reducing muscle soreness, stretching can improve range of motion, prevent loss of range of motion, relieve back pain, and prevent injuries. It manages stress and relieves post-workout aches and pains by reducing muscle tension and improving muscle relaxation.

The medicine ball training positively improves muscle strength, muscle strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and speed.
