Bengal Calisthenics, an online and offline fitness platform supervised by health and lifestyle coach Tanvir Hasan Britto, is working on integrating the right exercises into our busy schedule so that problems like stress, anxiety, insomnia, etc. can be better managed .

Tanvir Hasan Britto is a certified professional from the internationally renowned American Council on Exercise (ACE).

After his training as a certified online trainer of levels 1 and 2, he also switched to the Personal Trainer Development Center (PTDC) in Canada as a mentor.

Britto began his journey with Bengal Calisthenics in 2018. He said, “We suffer from bad eating habits, negative thinking practices, and ignorance about the body and mind. As a result, instead of leading healthy lives, we become addicted to medication.”

“In order to balance the well-being of mind and body, it is necessary to radically change our way of life, eating habits and thinking, which sometimes is not possible for an individual without the right knowledge and training,” added he added.

She has already trained a few hundred people, and thousands have also been made aware of this process through various fitness workshops and training programs.
