Yoga buzz

Yogis of all skill levels are welcome to Acme Feed and Seeds Rooftop Yoga Series, Yoga Buzz, held every first and third Sunday of the month of October. Elizabeth Mooney spent her childhood vacations on a ranch in upstate New York, which sparked her passion for the country life and eventually led her to Nashville. As a dancer since she was two, she has developed Country Fusion – a fitness class that combines line dancing with everything from hip-hop and salsa to ballroom and belly dancing. She opened her headquarters in Music City on July 5, 2021, the rest is history. “People’s time is valuable. When I go to class, I want to do more than just sweat, ”she tells us. “I want to learn something. Here at Country Fusion people learn real line dances and get great training.
