5 tips for more nutritious home-cooked meals

A recent study by the Food and Nutrition Institute (DOST-FNRI) found that 6 out of 10 households reported moderate to severe food insecurity. The Philippines have been battling food insecurity for decades, and unfortunately the COVID-19 pandemic only exacerbated the issue.

According to the World Health Organization, “No food or dietary supplement can prevent or cure COVID-19 infection, but a healthy diet is important for immune system support”. 1. Frozen is as good as fresh
