“At the end of the month, living alone with my kids clicked something. I decided to tackle my weight head-on and I’ve never looked back.
Her 22nd heaviest 5’4 inch curly body mass index was 52.5, but the NHS healthy range is 18.5 to 24.9, which makes her pathologically obese.

Curly said he was always afraid of being really overweight at the age of 40 and said, “I didn’t really have a goal weight on my mind.”
“I was size 26 on the 22nd, but my bust is very big and I still have it.
“I thought I would have to lose 5 of 6 stones, but I didn’t lose the 12th stone.
“But when I had already lost 6 stones by August 2019, I just kept going.”
At the beginning of 2020 Curly had lost the 8th place and in November she was in the 11th place.
In March 2021, she weighed a lean 9st 12 pounds.

“I’ve held my weight since then,” she said.
“I followed a diet plan of supplements taken with calorie counting, but Jim was good at conditioning my body and mind – it distracts my mind from things. Really helped. “
“I really started to work in January 2020, but during the blockade I was only able to work at home.”
“But with a program that combines diet and fitness, I changed my view of food.”
“It was a lifestyle change for me, not just a weight loss diet.”

Curly began cutting down on processed carbohydrates and increasing fiber and vegetables to not only reduce the size of the pieces, but also to fill themselves up without consuming excess calories.
“I have a much better relationship with food now,” she said.
“My children are very proud of me. I’m even thinking about getting personal training. “
“I find that a lot of people who want to lose weight ask me for advice because I know I’m an adult. It can calm people down and really help them. I think.”
“You know that I am really overweight. So when I give advice on diet and exercise they know I made it, so I’m ready to listen to myself. “

Work shifts in busy hospitals have resulted in the interruption of overweight, curly meals, skipping meals, eating lighter meals, and ultimately time to sit instead of a well-balanced meal. Sometimes I ate a lot.
“I don’t eat breakfast or lunch,” said Curly.
“Eat snacks with potato chips and chocolate during the day and a large meal in the evening.
“It will be twice the size of the part I needed.
“I usually didn’t eat because my internal clock was mixed up from working shifts.
“I eat things like Bolognese spaghetti and chili peppers. What was really wrong was not what I ate at night, but how much I ate.

“Now I eat less, more regularly and fewer carbohydrates, so my metabolism is better.”
“I don’t think there is a need to completely limit carbohydrates right now because I am thinking about my diet and planning more.”
“Before I lost weight, when I was moving and watching a movie, I was eating at the wrong time or squeezing myself into a sausage sandwich at 11pm or midnight.”
“Now I have more control over my diet so that doesn’t happen.”

And when I go to the gym it shakes a bit, so I don’t work out on an empty stomach.

Curly is showing a journey in weight loss but is not currently looking for a partner but will be happy to see someone when they come. I am confident now.
Then she can have chicken salad or grilled sausages and salad for lunch.
And for dinner there might still be spaghetti Bolognese as in the past, but instead of pasta made from lean meat and perhaps a zucchini spiral, there is yogurt for the pudding.
“I don’t eat snacks or eat too much all day, so I might have some chocolate if I want,” she said.
It looks great now, but Curly hasn’t seriously started dating.
“My husband and I are separated and not divorced yet, but that will happen.”
“I went on a couple of dates because we broke up, but I really focused on my kids.”
“Do not get me wrong. When someone comes in and they suit me, I’m a lot more confident than when I’m overweight, so I’m happy to see them, but I don’t actively watch. ”
